Chris McCain snaps back at Dak Prescott for disrespecting the Chargers after Thanksgiving beatdown: "Tell em watch his mouth #bum"

said two days ago it was a very bad idea for Dak Prescott to give the Chargers' D-line any extra motivation before the game. As soon as Prescott called the Chargers defensive front "not the most talented we'll play" it was clear it was going to become bulletin board material.

Prescott's comments flew under the radar and they didn't really become a national story, but the Chargers clearly noticed them. After the game, in which the defense intercepted him twice and sacked him twice while holding him to just 179 yards, defensive end Chris Mccain took to twitter to throw some shade at Prescott.

"@Dak looked like he was playing on pro and everyone else was on all madden. @nflnetwork tell em watch his mouth when dogs up next #bum" the tweet read.

Wow. It's a direct shot at Prescott and Charger fans must love it. Somebody followed up by asking Mccain if Prescott had been "talking ****" before the game to which Mccain replied "this week" showing he was clearly referencing Prescott's midweek comments. Although Mccain himself had a relatively quiet game, the Chargers defense did a great job keeping Prescott pressured and not letting him get anything going downfield.

It's great to see the Chargers players having confidence and operating with some swagger on and off the field. The defense is playing at an elite level and proving week in and week out that they're one of the league's best units, so it's great to see them talk some trash and stick up for one another.
